We offer a comprehensive home technology design & installation service which tailors a solution to meet yout specific requirements.
We believe that the key to getting the most out of the technology in your home is good design, and that good design is based on a thorough understanding of what you want to achieve and a comprehensive knowledge about the products that are available to help you achieve it.
It's never too early to get us involved in your project. In many cases it is useful to talk to us before architects and designers get involved so that you have a clearer understanding of what technologies you want to incorporate into your home and can advise them accordingly. If you're already at the stage of discussing work in your home with an architect or interior designer then it is a good idea to get us involved now - as it is imperative that your technology requirements are made known to them so that any required changes can be made.
How we work: |
 | Lifestyle analysis. The first (and most important) stage of the design and installation process is for us to get a thorough understanding of how you live and what you want to achieve. |
 | Design proposal. We'll create a free design proposal for you to consider - this will contain details of the products we are recommending together with an estimate of the associated costs. |
 | System design. Once you are happy with our initial proposal we'll start work on a full system design. This will detail all of the equipment we are going to supply and will include detailed plans and wiring schemes that are the 'blueprint' for your installation. |
 | First fix. In most projects the next stage is what is commonly termed 'first fix' - this is where all of the basic wiring that ends up underneath floors or behind plaster is done. We can do this work for you, but in many cases it is more cost effective for your existing contractors to do it based on the clear instructions we provide. Once first fix is completed we'll inspect and test everything before the plasterers and joiners cover everything up. |
 | Second fix. Once the plasterers and joiners have finished we'll undertake the 'second fix' work. This is where we terminate and text all of the cabling, install equipment in specific rooms, program any software or remote controls and make sure that everything works as it should. We'll spend some time with you making sure you know how everything works and will supply comprehensive instructions for everything we've supplied. |
 | System commissioning. We'll make sure you know how everything works and will supply comprehensive instructions for everything we've supplied. |
 | Ongoing support. Our interest doesn't stop when we complete an installation. We provide a range of after sales and technical support options to make sure you continue you get the most out of your investment in home technology. |
