Returning an unwanted item


If you receive an item and decide that you don't want to keep it then you can return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it.

Please contact us (you can find our contact details by clicking here) quoting your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) together with the details of the item you want to return. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and give you instructions about how to return the item.

Upon receipt of the item we will inspect it and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy (which you can find out about by clicking here).

Please be aware that the item remains your responsibility until it is received by us and the cost of returning it is also your responsibility.

Returning a faulty item


If you receive an item which appears to be faulty, or an item you have received develops a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact us (you can find our contact details by clicking here) quoting your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) together with the details of the item and nature of the problem.

If we can't resolve the problem by email or over the telephone we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and give you instructions about how to return the item.

Upon receipt of the item we will inspect it. If it is faulty we will contact you to ask whether you would prefer a refund of the price you paid, a repair or a replacement. If the item is not found to be faulty we will return it to you unless it is covered by our 30-day money back guarantee.

If you choose to accept a refund then this will be made in accordance with our refund policy (which you can find out about by clicking here).

Please be aware that the item remains your responsibility until it is received by us and the cost of returning it is also your responsibility. However, if the item is found to be faulty when we inspect it then we may refund the cost you incurred in returning it provided you followed our instructions about how to return the item.

What to do if you receive the wrong item

We will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and give you instructions about how to return the item.

What to do if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit


If you receive an item where the outer packaging is clearly damaged please refuse to accept delivery.

If you receive an item from us that is appears to have been damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt (you can find our contact details by clicking here) quoting your order reference (available from the email we sent you confirming receipt of your order) together with details of the item and the damage it has suffered. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and give you instructions about how to return the item.

We'll do our utmost to get a replacement item to you as quickly as possible!
