Capable of accessing any of six available audio sources (music server, tuner etc.), the MCU300 distributes any source to any or all of four main zones around the house simultaneously using just one run of Cat5 cable per zone.
And, for every main zone, the MCU300 supports an additional sub-zone which is ideal for en-suite bathrooms, conservatories etc. Loop outputs for all 6 audio sources are provided, enabling integration with an existing hi-fi, or home theatre system. For larger installations requiring more than 4 main zones and 4 sub–zones, a hub-link facility is provided enabling up to 4 MCU300s to be daisychained for up to 32 zones (16 main zones and 16 sub-zones).
